TL;DR
Fullstack Engineer (TypeScript/Python): Building the Aiven Apps runtime to enable users to create complete data and application solutions with an accent on Console UX and RESTful API design. Focus on end-to-end feature implementation, technical mentorship, and optimizing the cloud data platform's technical foundation.

What you will do

  • Iterate on the Console UX for creating and managing applications.
  • Design and implement new RESTful APIs or extend existing ones.
  • Own the end-to-end implementation and maintenance of new features.
  • Identify and highlight needed technical improvements to maintain the foundation.
  • Provide technical mentorship to raise the team's engineering standards.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in TypeScript and Python.
  • Experience leading the planning and implementation of end-to-end features.
  • Experience with relational databases and schema design.
  • Experience deploying and managing containers in a cloud environment.
  • English: Fluent communication skills (written and verbal) required

Nice to have

  • Experience with Golang.
