What you will do

• Analyze client documentation to extract technical requirements and create internal checklists.
• Inspect 3D assets (models, textures, materials) for compliance with technical standards.
• Develop and optimize internal quality control processes and regulations.
• Manage the full bug lifecycle using bug tracking tools.
• Generate detailed test reports and provide solutions to the art team.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth production flow.

Requirements

• Familiarity with at least one DCC tool such as 3ds Max, Maya, or Blender.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
• English: Good knowledge of work-related English is a must.
• Extensive gaming experience and the ability to identify art-related bugs.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to Chengdu, China.

Nice to have

• Background in 3D art design with foundation and creative abilities.
• Prior experience in testing or quality management, familiar with relevant tools and methods.
