What you will do

• Create proposals for new test setups, automation, and benches to meet requirements from laboratories, R&D, and production.
• Develop and validate test setups and automation systems, including software implementation.
• Maintain, update, and improve existing test systems based on internal requests.
• Perform custom tests on prototypes, engineering samples, and new hardware.
• Support design and process validation programs and conduct data analysis.
• Maintain 6S methodology and laboratory standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in test, electrical, or software engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a test-related field.
• Minimum 1 year of LabView or TestStand programming experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of measurement instruments and power supplies.
• Fluent spoken and written English is mandatory for daily global team interaction.
• Must be based in Suzhou, China.
