What you will do

• Host daily TikTok Live sessions for hirify.global TikTok Shop to present insurance and financial products.
• Interact with viewers in real-time, responding to comments, answering questions, and building engagement.
• Guide audiences to explore and purchase hirify.global products directly during live sessions.
• Execute interactive elements including Q&A, live offers, giveaways, and audience challenges.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to refine scripts, talking points, and live strategies.
• Analyze livestream results and provide insights to increase viewership and conversion rates.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in livestream hosting or public-facing communication.
• Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Strong presentation, communication, and improvisation skills to handle live environments.
• Familiarity with TikTok Live tools, features, and current trends.
• Ability to work in shifts (no midnight shifts).
• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Communications, Marketing, Broadcasting, or a related field (preferred).

Nice to have

• Proven experience hosting TikTok Live sessions with strong audience retention.
• Basic understanding of financial or insurance concepts.
• Experience in creating short-form video content.
