What you will do

• Create high-performing UGC-style content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Act as the primary face and voice for brand video content, ensuring a relatable and expressive tone.
• Pitch creative concepts and execute video production using mobile-friendly tools.
• Identify and capitalize on viral social media trends with original brand twists.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize social media growth and audience engagement strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in social media content creation.
• Hands-on expertise in the full lifecycle of short-form video production from concept to final edit.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and user behavior.
• Proficiency in video editing tools like CapCut or InShot.
• Proven ability to manage time effectively and multitask in a high-speed environment.

Nice to have

• Existing personal following on TikTok or Instagram.
