What you will do
- Conduct intelligence-led threat hunt and adversary emulation based on emerg threats and external incidents.
- Develop and test hypothesis-driven investigations to identify unknown or evasive malicious activity.
- Analyze adversary behavior across the full attack chain to identify detection and control gaps.
- Translate hunt outcomes into actionable improvements for detection, prevention, and defensive architecture.
- Map finds to the MITRE ATT&CK framework to articulate threats and priorities.
- Leverage automation, AI-assisted analytics, and Breach & Attack Simulation (BAS) to validate threat hypotheses.
Requirements
- Several years of hands-on experience in hypothesis-based threat hunt, purple team, or security research.
- Experience with threat hunt methodologies such as TaHiTi, PEAK, or similar.
- Proven experience in large enterprise environments us CI/CD, multi-cloud, and containers.
- Ability to translate threat intelligence into concrete, high-impact investigations.
- Capacity to reason like an adversary while emulat attack scenarios.
- Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid model in Madrid, Spain.
Nice to have
- Certifications in cyber threat hunt, detection engineer, or adversary simulation (e.g., GIAC).
- Experience with cloud security or BAS-related certifications.
