What you will do

• Develop, test, and maintain procurement procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Monitor operational compliance and escalate instances of non-compliance with organizational policies and regulatory codes.
• Manage the contract lifecycle, including drafting, administrative follow-up, and management of ancillary clauses.
• Oversee and monitor suppliers, leveraging market knowledge to reduce costs and resolve conflicts.
• Coordinate with internal departments and global functions at the ING Group level to implement procurement strategies.
• Support senior colleagues in managing client and customer relationships using relevant systems.

Requirements

• University degree (Bac + 5) in Purchasing or as a Purchasing Lawyer.
• Experience in procurement project management, preferably within a service company.
• Fluency in English (written and oral) is mandatory.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the purchasing field.
• Ability to manage both strategic and operational tasks in an international environment.

• Proficiency in French.
