What you will do

  • Manage enrolment operations across all college campuses and modes of study to ensure a professional student transition.
  • Facilitate face-to-face and online registration, onboarding activities, and intake planning.
  • Verify original identity, immigration, and academic documentation in accordance with regulatory procedures.
  • Perform quality checks on enrolment records and execute data reconciliation across CRM and Unit-e systems.
  • Lead and coach Enrolment Officers, acting as a deputy to the Enrolment Manager and a point of escalation for complex issues.
  • Support international student credibility interviews and risk-based applicant verification.

Requirements

  • Experience in student administration, enrolment, admissions, or registry within further or higher education.
  • Proven ability to manage complex customer enquiries and deliver high-standard service.
  • Proficiency in using databases, CRM systems, or student record systems to maintain accurate data.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional interaction.
  • Ability to work onsite in London for face-to-face registration and verification.

Nice to have

  • Experience using Unit-e or similar student record systems.
  • Expertise in identity verification and document checking processes.
  • Experience in quality assurance, audits, or compliance-related activities.
  • Background in mentoring, coaching, or conducting staff induction.
