Account Executive (Advertising)

Location: Prague, Czechia (Hybrid: typically 4 days in office, 1 remote)

What you will do

• Manage key international clients and contribute to the strategic direction of brands across Czechia, Slovakia, and Hungary.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and creative teams to transform ideas into high-impact campaigns.
• Take full ownership of smaller projects and specific workstreams within larger campaigns.
• Coordinate creative briefs, oversee project timelines, and manage budgets.
• Ensure smooth project execution and proactively solve unexpected challenges.

Requirements

• English: Fluent (C1) proficiency is required for operating in an international environment.
• Location: Must be based in Prague, Czechia.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with a solution-oriented approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and remain calm under pressure.
• Previous experience in an agency or on the client side is a strong advantage.
