Business Analyst (Technical Regulatory Reporting)

Business Analyst (Technical Regulatory Reporting): Supporting the design and delivery of key accounting systems and products with an accent on data governance, regulatory compliance, and strategic finance initiatives. Focus on defining KRIs/KPIs, managing data lineage, and coordinating cross-functional efforts across Technology, Risk, and Data teams.

Location: Must be based in Poland, Portugal, Spain, or the UAE

Salary: PLN 12,200 - PLN 17,000 gross monthly (Poland only)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain data governance operational procedures and standards.
• Define and implement KRIs, KPIs, and management dashboards.
• Conduct research and analysis related to BCBS239 and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate activities across Technology, Risk, Operations, and Data teams.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of data governance practices and issue management.
• Prepare governance documentation, process maps, and stakeholder presentations.

Requirements

• Must be based in Poland, Portugal, Spain, or the UAE.
• Strong business analysis and documentation skills.
• Understanding of data governance, data management, and risk management concepts.
• Solid stakeholder management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience within banking, fintech, or financial services.
• Familiarity with data quality, data lineage, or data classification concepts.
• Knowledge of BCBS239/RDARR principles.
