What you will do

• Lead solutioning and win strategic AI and custom development engagements, driving the technical narrative through bids and proposal defence.
• Shape commercially viable solutions by defining scope, architecture, delivery approach, effort estimates, risks, and pricing assumptions.
• Design end-to-end enterprise architectures combining LLMs, agentic patterns, and RAG, including integration, data flows, security, scalability, observability, and cost optimization.
• Ensure enterprise-grade AI governance by defining guardrails and addressing compliance, security, and operational risks early.
• Build and evolve GenAI offerings and reusable assets (reference architectures, RAG patterns, accelerators) to standardize delivery.
• Run client-facing workshops and mentor architects and senior engineers through reviews and hands-on guidance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering and architecture experience, including several years in client-facing solutioning, pre-sales, or principal architect roles.
• Proven track record of winning and delivering complex, high-value engagements, including proposal defence and influencing client decisions.
• Hands-on AI/GenAI experience in production or near-production environments, including LLMs, RAG patterns, and agentic workflows (not only PoCs).
• Enterprise architecture background with ability to design distributed, scalable solutions and integrate AI components into existing application landscapes.
• Experience with cloud-native and hybrid architectures across Azure, AWS, or GCP, including containers, Kubernetes, CI/CD, security, and cost management.
• Fluent English (C1+) for client-facing and proposal contexts.
