What you will do

• Manage and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure for reliability and performance.
• Automate cloud deployments and operational workflows using infrastructure as code.
• Monitor production environments to proactively improve system uptime and performance.
• Apply cloud security best practices and maintain infrastructure compliance.
• Troubleshoot production incidents and resolve issues within defined SLAs.
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams to improve cloud architecture and deployment processes.

Requirements

• Must be a permanent resident of the United States (excluding CA and NY).
• 3+ years of experience in cloud operations or infrastructure engineering.
• Proficiency with AWS and infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Experience with cloud monitoring, alerting, and performance optimization.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for production systems and highly available applications.
• Ability to work effectively in a 100% remote environment.
• Must be eligible to complete the I-9 verification process.

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with serverless architectures and supporting SaaS applications.
• AWS or other relevant cloud certifications.
