What you will do
- Create high-impact campaigns and creative assets for digital, social, product marketing, and CRM channels.
- Collaborate with Copywriters, Art Directors, and Project Managers to execute the creative vision in alignment with brand goals.
- Design and automate templates using automation tools to optimize daily production workflows.
- Develop a variety of promotional assets, including videos, landing pages, logos, digital banners, and emails.
- Ensure high quality standards for outsourced digital assets by collaborating with external vendors.
- Stay updated on marketing trends and emerging technologies to innovate audience engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts (Graphic Design).
- At least 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, focusing on digital marketing or brand campaigns for B2C brands.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
- Portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of modern marketing across digital, experiential, and social channels.
- Must be able to obtain a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency as a condition of employment.
Nice to have
- Experience with Figma and design automation tools.
- Knowledge of the sports and gaming industry.
- Experience working with licensing.
