Project Manager (Energy)

What you will do

• Direct large project work plans, prioritize work, and monitor schedules, costs, materials, invoices, and budget performance.
• Coordinate preconstruction meetings, bidding, permits, utility locates, notifications, preliminary work, internal and external scheduling, and crew performance.
• Develop and administer standardized project control methods, schedule tracking, cost tracking processes, and supporting tools.
• Review and mitigate project risks, complete projects on time and within budget, and support audits and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects, supervise union employees, provide feedback, and support workforce safety and craft training.
• Support storm restoration, major company events, regional facilities, inspections, fleet and building operations, and management consultation.

Requirements

• Four-year college degree or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency with computers.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Results-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Ability to participate in field operations, safety walks, job-site inspections, audits, and union coordination.
