Product Definition Analyst 3

Location: Hybrid work at the Bogota office, Colombia

What you will do

• Analyze business requirements from Product Management and define functional solutions for the Revenue Accounting platform.
• Produce feasibility studies, solution overviews, product specifications, functional designs, API specifications, and user guides.
• Present functional walkthroughs and coordinate compatibility across hirify.global applications and departments.
• Validate delivered functionality, perform functional sign-off, and ensure system integrity.
• Investigate, validate, and prioritize production incidents.
• Collaborate with product management, project management, customer services, implementation, development, quality assurance, and customers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Definition Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Strong IT skills with Microsoft Office, REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, Postman, and SoapUI.
• Experience creating sequence diagrams, UML documentation, API specifications, ICDs, and user guides.
• Experience creating high-level and low-level solution designs.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills; all CVs must be submitted in English.
