Salesforce Developer (CRM): Building and delivering capabilities across the OpsEA Salesforce platform with an accent on Flow-based automation, LWC, and custom object design. Focus on developing secure, scalable features for federal and DoD clients within a fast-paced sprint environment.

What you will do

• Build and maintain custom objects, fields, validation rules, and record types for assigned capability areas.
• Develop Flow-based automation including record-triggered, screen, and subflows.
• Create Lightning Web Components (LWC) for user-facing views, dashboards, and interactive features.
• Write clean, documented code and author unit test cases to support QA engineers.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Follow secure software development lifecycle (SSDLC) practices and contribute to technical documentation.

Requirements

• Eligibility to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• 2-5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Working proficiency in Apex, Flow Builder automation, and LWC development.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Active U.S. Government Secret or TS/SCI security clearance.
• Experience with Salesforce Government Cloud or OpsEA platform.
• Experience with CRM Analytics dataflows and dashboards.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II.
• Master's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
