What you will do

• Lead Asana strategy and application, owning end-to-end workflow builds and upkeep.
• Establish goal mapping structures to provide leadership visibility into key initiatives.
• Manage workload tracking and resource allocation to improve team efficiency.
• Develop and maintain project templates, automations, and reporting via Tableau and Power BI.
• Foster partnerships with platform owners (JIRA, Salesforce) and internal cross-functional teams.
• Oversee vendor relations and invoicing for print and premium items.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Project Management, or Communications.
• 3+ years of project management experience in advertising or digital production.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Asana preferred).
• Knowledge of print production and estimating techniques.
• Willingness to work a hybrid 3-day schedule in the Orlando, FL office.
• Skills in Mac OS and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Knowledge of sports and movies.
