What you will do

• Act as a face of the company on camera for short-form video content.
• Develop creative ideas and hooks, taking content from concept to execution.
• Shoot and edit short-form videos independently or collaborate with the internal creative team.
• Plan carousels and provide clear briefs for graphic designers.
• Establish and maintain a unique point of view that resonates with the target audience.
• Manage audience engagement by running comments and DMs on produced content.

Requirements

• Strong instinct for social media trends and an understanding of what makes content viral.
• Magnetic on-camera presence (this is a core requirement and will be tested live).
• Ability to execute ideas quickly, including shooting and editing.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid setup in London, UK.
