What you will do

  • Administer and configure CRM platforms including HubSpot, Pipedrive, and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Design and maintain complex automations and integrations using Zapier, Make.com, and Google Cloud Platform.
  • Translate operational workflows like site sourcing and partner onboarding into structured CRM logic.
  • Ensure data quality through audits, deduplication, and field validation across international markets.
  • Build dashboards and reports to track pipeline activity and operational KPIs.
  • Maintain documentation and provide training to support team onboarding and daily operations.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in CRM administration or operations.
  • 2+ years of experience building workflow automations with Zapier or Make.com.
  • Fluent in Polish and English (written and spoken).
  • Solid understanding of data hygiene, deduplication, and integration concepts like APIs and webhooks.
  • Degree in Business, Information Systems, or equivalent hands-on experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience with SQL, Power BI, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Background in logistics, e-commerce, or multi-market operations.
