What you will do

• Review compliance-related documentation according to regulations and internal processes
• Assess potential account risks and conduct additional checks as needed
• Monitor regulatory and market changes affecting compliance functions
• Identify and escalate possible money laundering patterns
• Collaborate with Customer Services and Payments to handle escalations and improve first contact resolution
• Manage administration tasks including customer correspondence and case management
