What you will do

• Oversee all aspects of MRO parts inventory management, including daily stocking, cycle counts, and SAP data maintenance.
• Manage the supply cage, ensuring FIFO rotation and restocking of delivered products.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels to support the production plan in collaboration with the Maintenance Planner.
• Create new SAP numbers and MRP data in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Operate material moving equipment such as forklifts and electric pallet jacks.
• Ensure exceptional 5S standards are maintained in all maintenance support areas.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Claremont, NC
• Relevant associate's degree or 2-5 years of similar work experience.
• Ability to comprehend technical documents and knowledge of facility safety and compliance regulations.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and data interpretation abilities.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to wear required PPE (safety glasses, hearing protection, etc.)

Nice to have

• Experience in fiber optic manufacturing.
• Proficiency with CMMS and/or SAP systems.
