What you will do

• Set up and manage programmatic deals throughout the entire campaign lifecycle.
• Monitor campaign delivery, pacing, and performance against agreed KPIs.
• Troubleshoot delivery issues in collaboration with Ad Operations, Ad Tech teams, and external partners.
• Ensure all campaigns meet quality and brand safety standards.
• Maintain operational documentation and contribute to the improvement of internal processes.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Ad Operations functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Media, Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
• Genuine interest in digital advertising, technology, and data analysis.
• Analytical mindset and a proactive approach to solving problems.
• Fluent communication in both English and Swedish.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Stockholm office.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with digital advertising or programmatic platforms.
