Solution Architect (AI Security)

Cyera is building a security operating model for the age of AI, providing a unified control plane to secure data and AI adoption for global enterprises.

What you will do

• Lead complex customer engagement projects across both pre-sale and post-sale phases.
• Implement and integrate AI security solutions, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with business needs.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate customer challenges into new features.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and manage escalations across cross-functional teams.
• Design ad-hoc technical solutions and automation to enhance internal operations and field workflows.
• Drive pre-sales engagements to a technical win and ensure post-sales success.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar technical delivery role.
• Strong background in creating technical solutions and systems integrations for customers.
• Proficiency in SQL and cloud platforms (at least one of AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience managing complex customer requirements in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to collaborate with R&D and Product teams to resolve friction and improve product capabilities.

Nice to have

• Background as a software developer.
• Strong understanding of the AI Security domain.
• Proven experience developing AI Agents.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Familiarity with automation, scripting, and internal tooling development.
