TL;DR

SEO Lead (Organic Growth): Defining and executing a global Organic (SEO, GEO & SMO) strategy to increase visibility across multimodal travel markets with an accent on CRO and agentic conversion via LLMs. Focus on managing cross-functional engineering squads, optimizing conversion rates through A/B testing, and improving organic performance globally.

Location: Hybrid in Paris, France (2 days per week at the office)

What you will do

  • Own and execute a comprehensive Organic strategy (SEO, GEO, and SMO) aligned with business goals.
  • Lead a team of 2 SEO experts and prioritize the backlog for an engineering squad of 5 engineers.
  • Drive CRO, SEO/GEO, and UX projects, including agentic conversion via external LLMs.
  • Conduct technical audits and performance analysis for 6 main websites to resolve UX and quality issues.
  • Lead an A/B testing program to maximize conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with SEA, CRM, Product, and Tech teams to optimize the overall website strategy in France.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in Google algorithms, SEO best practices, and a track record of achieving measurable results.
  • Experience optimizing for Gen AI visibility and Agentic Conversion.
  • Strong knowledge of Web CRO techniques and technologies.
  • Proven experience in team management and building cross-functional partnerships.
  • Full working proficiency in English and French.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Paris.

  • Experience using a CMS and handling content strategies.
