What you will do

• Monitor, diagnose, and resolve issues within Microsoft Azure and O365 environments to ensure stability.
• Administer Azure and Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange, Security, Licensing, and Endpoint Management.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, YAML, and Git workflows.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep to automate provisioning.
• Automate and streamline IT operations using PowerShell and workflow tools.
• Provide technical mentorship to L0/L2 support staff and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

Requirements

• Must be based in Dublin, Ireland.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, M365, Azure AD, MFA, and Conditional Access.
• Proficiency in Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Endpoint management (Intune/SCCM).
• Expertise in Windows server administration (2012–2022) and Group Policy.
• Experience with cloud-based backup and recovery solutions (Azure Backup, Veeam).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering/Science or relevant Microsoft/AWS certifications.
• 4+ years of experience in IT systems/Support in a senior capacity, with recent focus on Cloud Technologies.

Nice to have

• Experience with Citrix/VDI technologies and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
• Exposure to AWS or multi-cloud environment automation.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting skills.
• Experience with macOS/Mobile device management via Jamf.
• Familiarity with Jira and networking platforms like Meraki or Palo Alto.
