Senior Associate, IT, AzureOps Engineer (Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Monitor, diagnose, and resolve issues across Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and key IT systems.
• Manage high-impact incidents and maintain the stability, performance, resilience, and security of critical cloud services.
• Administer Azure, Microsoft 365, AWS, and Citrix infrastructure, including Exchange, security, licensing, endpoint management, and platform integration.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, YAML, and Git workflows.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep, and streamline operations with PowerShell.
• Mentor L0/L2 support staff and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and project plans.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Experience with Azure AD, MFA, Conditional Access, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune and/or SCCM, and Microsoft Defender.
• Experience administering Windows Server 2012–2022, Windows 10/11, Group Policy, enterprise device configurations, and cloud-based infrastructure.
• Knowledge of backup and recovery solutions such as Azure Backup or Veeam, as well as networking concepts including VPN, Wi-Fi, and basic routing.
• At least 4 years of senior IT systems or support experience, including recent experience with cloud technologies.
• Bachelor’s or associate degree in computer engineering, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience; relevant Microsoft or AWS certifications are accepted.

Nice to have

• Experience with Citrix, VDI, or AVD technologies.
• Exposure to AWS, multi-cloud environments, Infrastructure as Code, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, or PowerShell automation.
• Experience with macOS and mobile device management, including Jamf, iOS, or Android.
• Knowledge of enterprise ticketing, networking, migration, cloud transformation, or video conferencing technologies.
