Senior Site Reliability Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Take operational ownership of internal and hosted products, ensuring reliability, security, and performance.
• Lead the incident lifecycle end-to-end and participate in a sustainable on-call rotation.
• Define and operationalize SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets while supporting SLA presales.
• Build and maintain a modern observability stack with a focus on OpenTelemetry.
• Foster a platform engineering culture through reusable components and self-service golden paths.
• Automate operations using an AI-first approach to reduce toil and improve development feedback loops.

Requirements

• Must be based in Belgium
• Proven senior experience in SRE or DevOps roles running production systems.
• Deep expertise in observability, specifically OpenTelemetry.
• Strong background in incident management and defining service level agreements.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native architecture (GCP or AWS), CI/CD, and IaC (Terraform).
• Security-minded approach including vulnerability management and penetration testing.
• Fluency in applying AI to operational workflows and automation.
