What you will do

• Lead discovery activities to understand business objectives and requirements for Physical AI and industrial automation solutions.
• Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders across engineering, robotics, AI, software, and business domains.
• Translate business needs into user stories, functional requirements, and delivery-ready specifications.
• Define requirements for digital twins, simulation environments, autonomous systems, and sensor-driven workflows.
• Collaborate with architects, data scientists, and robotics engineers to shape scalable AI-driven solutions.
• Define success metrics, KPIs, and business outcomes for AI-powered products and platforms.

Requirements

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst on complex technology, AI, or industrial transformation initiatives.
• Proven expertise in requirements elicitation, stakeholder management, and process modeling.
• Experience working with AI, machine learning, robotics, autonomous systems, or digital twins.
• Understanding of sensor-driven systems and physical products interacting with software platforms.
• Ability to define functional and non-functional requirements, including performance, scalability, and safety.
• Experience in Agile environments using tools like Jira, Confluence, or Miro.
