What you will do

  • Lead startup scouting and selection tailored to specific client needs.
  • Develop benchmarking, ecosystem, and trend analysis reports.
  • Execute matchmaking sessions between startups and corporate clients and manage follow-up processes.
  • Oversee event logistics and ensure excellence in project delivery.
  • Support deal teams with research and analysis for new investments.
  • Mentor Junior Associates and interns in research and delivery tasks.

Requirements

  • Master's degree (MBA, Finance, or related) preferred, or a Bachelor's degree with significant professional experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience in venture capital, consulting, innovation, or client-facing project management.
  • Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver measurable outcomes.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in a third language.
