What you will do
- Lead technical aspects of the sales cycle, including discovery, solution design, and validation through Proof of Value/Concept.
- Design scalable, enterprise-ready solutions tailored to specific customer business needs.
- Translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value for both technical and executive stakeholders.
- Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to co-own accounts and support strategic sales initiatives.
- Represent the voice of the customer to influence product roadmaps and engineering improvements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Professional Services, and global Solution Engineering teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Solution Engineer or similar customer-facing technical role in SaaS or enterprise tech.
- Strong technical foundation in APIs, cloud environments, integrations, and enterprise architecture.
- Experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
- Native or bilingual Turkish proficiency and strong English skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and high-pressure situations with a solution-oriented mindset.
