What you will do

• Design and develop high-quality consumer-facing features for web (React) and mobile (React Native).
• Own the full product lifecycle from discovery and technical design through release and production monitoring.
• Drive A/B testing and experimentation strategies, analyzing results to iterate based on user behavior.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data teams to ensure coherent experiences across all consumer surfaces.
• Make architectural decisions on frameworks and ensure high standards for accessibility, performance, and testability.
• Mentor engineers across all seniority levels to foster a culture of craft and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software development experience focusing on consumer-facing web and/or mobile products.
• Deep expertise in TypeScript and the React ecosystem, including state management and component architecture.
• Production experience with React Native and mobile release pipelines (App Store and Google Play).
• Proficiency with Next.js, specifically App Router and React Server Components.
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks such as LaunchDarkly or Optimizely.
• Strong written and verbal English proficiency for technical documentation and stakeholder communication.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, crypto, payments, or other high-trust consumer products.
• Familiarity with WebSockets or Server-Sent Events for real-time UI updates.
• An active AI-assisted development workflow using tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or Copilot.
