What you will do

• Lead client engagements and co-design data engineering solutions from strategy through execution.
• Build scalable data pipelines for efficient ingestion and processing of large structured and unstructured datasets.
• Design and implement cloud-based solutions using Azure, AWS, or GCP, and distributed frameworks like Spark and Kafka.
• Develop logical and physical data models for relational, NoSQL, time-series, and graph databases.
• Implement CI/CD and DataOps practices to ensure reliability and automation in data workflows.
• Mentor junior and medior consultants and contribute to internal Data Engineering offerings.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
• 3-6 years of professional experience in data architecture or engineering.
• Fluency in Dutch with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Practical experience with Databricks, Snowflake, and Azure.
• Must have a valid work permit for Belgium.

Nice to have

• Fluency in German or French.
