Bloober Team is looking for a Senior Lighting Artist to join the team working on a new horror project. You will collaborate closely with the Creative Director and other artists to establish and maintain the game's visual style, delivering cinematic, high-quality lighting that enhances atmosphere, storytelling, and realism.

🚀 Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the Creative Director and art team to define and maintain the visual style
• Create dramatic and compelling lighting for photorealistic environments
• Enhance environmental storytelling through lighting, depth, and scene composition
• Use Unreal Engine and other game engine tools to implement high-quality lighting
• Balance artistic vision with technical requirements
• Optimize lighting for performance while maintaining visual quality

📚 Required Skills
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role in game development or film and VFX production
• Strong understanding of AAA production pipelines and constraints
• Good knowledge of at least one game engine, preferably Unreal Engine
• Excellent understanding of the game production pipeline
• Excellent knowledge of composition, framing, color, and lighting
• High level of creativity
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
