What you will do

• Create, maintain, and develop design systems and brand books for RedCore and various business units.
• Develop key visuals, merchandise, print materials, and other assets based on existing templates and brand books.
• Perform continuous research on target audiences, market trends, and competitors.
• Utilize AI tools for image generation and retouching to optimize creative output.
• Create visual element templates and search for more efficient tools to automate design tasks.
• Mentor the graphic design team, conduct workshops, and review creative materials.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, KREA, and Freepik AI to speed up creative processes.
• Proven experience with print design and pre-press production.
• Strong command of composition, typography, and color theory.
• High level of self-organization and ability to deliver high-quality work on schedule.
• Proactive team player ready to collaborate with colleagues and clients.
