What you will do

• Concept and execute visual styles and creative assets for employer branding campaigns
• Design static and motion content for social media, job ads, and careers website
• Build and maintain scalable design systems, templates, and asset libraries
• Create visuals for internal communications, email campaigns, and presentations
• Design branded materials for career events, conferences, and physical activations
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure high-quality execution of physical assets

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Branding, or Campaign Design
• Strong portfolio showcasing executed projects
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Strong working knowledge of Figma
• Experience in motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools
• Strong visual aesthetics for layout, typography, and brand consistency
• Ability to manage complex projects and collaborate with stakeholders

Nice to have

• Basic video editing skills for social media
• Experience with 3D design (Cinema 4D or Blender)
• Illustration skills
