What you will do

• Create and execute an annual Culture Marketing plan to meet set targets.
• Establish and maintain long-term platforms in music, dance, and street culture.
• Manage outside specialists, agencies, and suppliers, including budget responsibility.
• Build and maintain a rich network of artists, dancers, and music industry contacts.
• Collaborate with sales, communications, and brand departments to maximize efficiency.
• Evaluate activity results and ensure a qualitative approach to opinion leader activities.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in music, dance, or culture-related event marketing.
• Proven experience in event management, content creation, and artist management.
• Established network within the music industry and diverse artist circles.
• Track record of successful innovative projects with KPIs, specifically in music.
• Deep understanding of youth culture and the global/local entertainment industry.
• Willingness to travel 20-30%.
