Personal Assistant (Family Office): Managing financial, legal, and personal affairs for a high-net-worth family with an accent on luxury travel logistics, calendar coordination, and event planning. Focus on ensuring seamless international operations, maintaining strict confidentiality, and coordinating complex travel and medical itineraries.
Location: Limassol, Cyprus. EU passport is required.
Compensation: EUR 2,500 - 3,500 monthly

What you will do
- Organize complex domestic and international luxury travel, including private aviation and bespoke itineraries.
- Manage the Shareholder's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and special engagements.
- Coordinate visa applications and handle related immigration documentation.
- Plan and oversee both corporate and private events and manage gift procurement for partners and employees.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Provide 24/7 logistical support during international travel to ensure smooth execution.
Requirements
- Valid EU passport is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Russian.
- Willingness and availability to travel internationally for approximately one month per quarter.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with exceptional attention to detail.
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive confidential information.
- Flexibility to work outside standard business hours to provide international travel support.
