What you will do
- Develop and release production-ready backend features for core platforms.
- Collaborate on module design, API definition, and system integration.
- Write and maintain automated tests and CI/CD configurations.
- Integrate AI/LLM capabilities, including RAG pipelines and tool/agent frameworks.
- Maintain datasets for evaluation and assist with performance tracking and debugging.
- Produce technical documentation and collaborate across engineering teams.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or AI.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design.
- Proficiency in Python is required.
- Familiarity with Git, Linux, RESTful APIs, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Experience with AI/LLM projects such as prompt engineering or LangChain.
- Commitment to a 6-month, 5-day-per-week schedule.
Nice to have
- Experience shipping web or backend services.
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Exposure to LLM evaluation, data feedback loops, or fine-tuning workflows.
