What you will do
- Develop and execute brand development strategies for the gadget category based on market trends.
- Build and maintain partnerships with national and regional gadget brands to drive revenue.
- Lead negotiations with brands and retailers to secure co-marketing funds and promotional support.
- Oversee assistant managers and teams to ensure effective acquisition, onboarding, and retention.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Tech teams to deliver successful campaign launches.
- Monitor market competition and identify new opportunities for expansion within the gadget ecosystem.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, or Marketing.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Account Management.
- At least 3 years in a managerial role leading teams and overseeing category growth.
- Proven track record in merchant acquisition and delivering revenue targets in the gadget or electronics sector.
- Fluency in English (oral and written) is required.
- Strong analytical skills and established network within gadget/electronics brands and distributors.
Nice to have
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in Mandarin.
