What you will do

• Understand business processes through deep data analysis
• Collaborate with product and service teams to provide data-driven insights
• Own the end-to-end ETL process and data governance
• Design and implement key business metrics
• Create and maintain aggregated views to simplify data querying
• Model data to empower end-users to perform self-service analytics

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in an analytical role
• Solid background in a quantitative discipline
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Exceptional mathematical and statistical knowledge
• Fluency in English
• Must be based in Switzerland

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a core STEM subject
• Experience with Java, Scala, or C++
