What you will do

• Lead and execute the communications strategy for Italy while supporting Greece.
• Build and maintain relationships with top-tier business, financial, and consumer media.
• Develop proactive storytelling campaigns to support growth and brand positioning.
• Manage product launch communications and corporate announcements.
• Drive executive profiling and secure speaking opportunities.
• Handle reputational issues and reactive communications as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in corporate communications or public relations.
• Native-level fluency in Italian and professional fluency in English.
• Solid media relationships across Tier 1 outlets in Italy.
• Proven track record managing crisis and reputational issues.
• Ability to work autonomously and own projects from end to end.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, banking, technology, or international organisations.
• Background in agencies.
• Exposure to influencer or content-led communications strategies.
• Fluency in additional languages.
