Salary: PLN 11,900 - PLN 13,200 gross monthly (for Poland-based roles).

What you will do

• Deliver creative visual assets, including static and motion design, for employer branding projects.
• Conceptualize and develop content for marketing campaigns and internal communications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide optimal design solutions.
• Gather design references and create mood boards for stakeholder communication.
• Manage multiple projects from concept through completion while meeting deadlines.
• Support the development of communication strategies for employer brand campaigns.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a visual, brand, or graphic designer.
• Solid portfolio showcasing diverse design and illustration styles.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
• Ability to work with 3D assets or create compositions independently.
• Excellent conceptual thinking and communication skills.
• Strong time management skills to handle concurrent projects.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with 3D design.
• Experience with motion and animation, specifically After Effects.
