What you will do

• Develop innovative ideas for multiple brands within the client's FMCG portfolio.
• Create activation campaigns, social content, and internal communications.
• Present creative concepts, copy, and ideas confidently to internal teams and clients.
• Maintain a continuous flow of proactive and impactful original ideas.
• Collaborate with Creative and Social teams to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.

Requirements

• Proven agency experience with client-facing responsibilities.
• Deep understanding of Gen Z communication, digital culture, and social media trends.
• Art Director: Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, and AI tools.
• Copywriter: Ability to craft platform-native copy and adapt tone for diverse audiences.
• Must be based in Madrid, Spain (hybrid).
• CV must be submitted in English.
