What you will do

• Collaborate with measurement partners to identify and resolve campaign performance issues.
• Analyze large datasets to uncover growth opportunities and actionable insights.
• Monitor daily performance metrics to detect anomalies and trends.
• Define and track key success metrics for advertising partners.
• Partner with engineering teams to develop innovative, high-impact features.
• Contribute to the evolution of business intelligence tools and products.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in Palo Alto, CA.
• 1–3 years of experience in data or technology roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Economics, or equivalent.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel for handling large datasets.
• Demonstrated ability to apply statistical methodologies to real-world problems.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting complex results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
