Location: Austin, Texas, United States; Toronto, Ontario, Canada. All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future employer sponsorship.
Salary: $118,300–$142,000 per year in Ontario at the start of employment.

What you will do
- Analyze player behavior, revenue, retention, and engagement to guide product and game design decisions.
- Design, conduct, and analyze A/B tests and other statistically sound experiments.
- Build and maintain ETL pipelines, game telemetry, and highly visible dashboards for business intelligence.
- Support game economy tuning and improve fraud detection and bad actor models.
- Contribute to the analytics organization’s AI initiative and improve workflows using LLMs.
- Collaborate with product, game design, consumer insights, economy, analytics, and data science teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, economics, or a related quantitative field.
- At least 8 years of experience in data science or analytics, preferably including 6 years in product data science or gaming analytics.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Experience with data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, and machine learning.
- Ability to guide product teams through complex decisions, work with ambiguous data, and communicate analytical findings clearly.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship is required.
Nice to have
- Experience with Tableau and Git.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts or automated analytics workflows.
- Interest in poker gameplay, terminology, and social casino economies.
