What you will do

• Develop and analyze financial models for groundbreaking projects and M&A valuations.
• Coordinate due diligence activities for customer needs and M&A transactions.
• Review contract clauses to minimize financial and commercial risks.
• Conduct holistic project reviews to identify local issues and legal considerations.
• Present financial insights and analytical findings directly to the CFO and leadership.
• Collaborate with international stakeholders across various business units.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• 2 to 4 years of professional experience in corporate finance or M&A.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Bilingualism in French and English is ideal.
• Strong communication and team-oriented mindset for interacting with upper management.

Nice to have

• MBA or M.Sc. degree.
• Completed or in-progress professional designations such as CBV, CPA, or CFA.
• Proficiency in additional languages.
