Salary: $129,900 – $210,210 (based on geographic pay zones)

What you will do

• Partner with customers to implement feature management into LLM-powered applications, agentic workflows, and internal AI platforms.
• Contribute to reference implementations and prototypes by writing production-quality code in customer repositories.
• Instrument AI systems with hirify.global at inference-time and workflow-level decision points.
• Develop rollout patterns for AI progressive exposure, guardrails, and model experimentation.
• Gather requirements from customer architectures and provide creative, practical technical solutions.
• Share customer feedback with internal Product and Engineering teams to influence AI-related capabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise software, platform engineering, or solutions architecture.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proficiency in writing production-quality code in Python, Java, JavaScript/Node.js, or Go.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and modern release practices like CI/CD and experimentation.
• Strong grasp of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Linux, and containerization.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.

Nice to have

• Understanding of Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar agent-based approaches.
• Experience delivering across the full SDLC in complex enterprise environments.
