What you will do

• Define how regulatory obligations translate into operational processes, product design, and tooling.
• Lead the structuring and improvement of complaints management frameworks across operating markets.
• Manage internal control systems, document compliance risks, and support internal and external audits.
• Oversee AML/CFT and KYC frameworks, including second-level analysis and regulatory reporting.
• Coordinate compliance projects across Insurance, Product, Sales, and Care teams.
• Adapt Group compliance frameworks to local regulatory requirements during international expansion.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in compliance within an insurance or fintech company.
• Solid understanding of the French insurance regulatory framework.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English (written and spoken) is required.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional compliance projects and align internal stakeholders.
• Expertise in at least two of: AML/CFT, insurance distribution (IDD), complaints handling, or regulatory reporting.
