What you will do
- Monitor real-time case volumes and throughput across back office queues to identify capacity risks.
- Process intraday schedule adjustments for absence, lateness, and non-productive time.
- Track agent schedule adherence and generate performance snapshots for stakeholders.
- Act as the primary real-time point of contact for back office operational matters.
- Escalate system issues and significant deviations from planned capacity to leadership.
- Shape the back office real-time coordination function by defining metrics and documenting processes.
Requirements
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret real-time data and identify trends.
- Experience working in or closely with a back office function such as Complaints, Financial Crime, or Fraud.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder collaboration and issue escalation.
- Proficiency in real-time monitoring tools and workforce management software.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Must be based in the UK and able to work from the London or Chatham office on a hybrid basis.
