What you will do

• Define and own the technical vision, architecture, and long-term roadmap for the Android platform.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Android engineers while setting coding standards.
• Make high-impact architectural decisions and drive modularization and scalability.
• Own CI/CD strategy, release management, and deployment reliability.
• Partner with product and design leadership to translate business goals into technical execution.
• Remain hands-on by contributing to critical features and complex problem-solving.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Android development experience, including 2+ years in a lead capacity.
• Must be located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET.
• Deep expertise in Kotlin, coroutines, and Flow.
• Mastery of Google Play Billing at scale, subscription monetization, and entitlement validation.
• Strong architectural leadership in multi-module Gradle architectures and build optimization.
• Experience owning CI/CD at scale and deep performance engineering.

• Experience integrating AI-driven product features.
