What you will do
- Own the technical security engineering strategy across platform, infrastructure, and AI/ML systems.
- Lead deep threat modeling and architecture reviews for LLM-based and voice/chat AI pipelines.
- Drive secure-by-design practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Design and improve detection, monitoring, and incident response capabilities.
- Guide security architecture for multi-tenant, sensitive data flows.
- Mentor senior engineers and act as a technical authority for enterprise customers.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in security engineering with impact at Staff or Principal level.
- Deep expertise in application and cloud security, threat modeling, and secure architecture.
- Hands-on experience with cloud security (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of IAM, encryption, and secure data handling at enterprise scale.
- Experience securing systems handling sensitive data with exposure to GDPR or similar frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills to explain security risks to leadership and customers.
Nice to have
- Genuine curiosity about AI systems and emerging security challenges.
- Experience with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance.
